Meet Our Staff

Gregg is our mentor and leader. We all look up to the 'Big Cheese'. He is always available to help. Gregg runs the business with an open-door policy for both the employees and customers. When you stop by the dealership, if the 'Big Cheese', is in house - be sure to say hi to him.

Nicki has been with McCandless Ford for nearly a decade. She has worked her way from part time to full time. Nicki was promoted to Office Manager at the beginning of 2021 for both our Mercer and Meadville dealerships. She is certified in many automotive areas and is an asset to the Management Team. She lives in the area with her husband, Brian and two beautiful girls Aubree and Braylie. Nicki enjoys dirt track racing and spending time with her girls.

Devin, a Penn State graduate, initially worked with the team from 2013 - 2015 as a Service Writer. For eights years following that he worked in Fleet Operations Management for Verizon. Devin re-joined the McCandless team in 2023 as our Fixed Operations Director. As the McCandless Company is growing, Devin brings his 13 years of Automotive and Fleet experience to teach, train, and develop the team to efficiently provide a genuine experience for our customer base. We are excited to see where we are going as we are growing! Devin resides in Hermitage with his 2 boys and their Berne-doodle dog.

Cathy joined us in 2018 after retiring from another company where she worked 28 years. When she joined us she said she'd help with 'whatever you need done'. With the growth of the McCandless Ford Team, her position has molded into being our Human Resource Manager and Tech Advisor. She travels between the stores to help employees with their onboarding, payroll and benefit needs; as well as computer needs. She lives in Hermitage with her husband Jerry and their two cats Oliver and Gracie. Cathy recently reunited with her love of golf and joined a golf league to enjoy the outdoors. Cathy and Jerry enjoy vacationing anywhere the weather is warm!!

Josh, is a big part of the family business and has been involved with the dealership since he has been 13 years old. Josh has transferred from Sales Manager to Used vehicle Inventory procurement. The dealership is proud that Josh served four years in the United States Army, 2 years combat tour. He has received many badges and awards. Hobbies for Josh are lifting, hunting and fishing. Josh is a proud father of a daughter and two sons.

Mike has been with McCandless Ford for 45 plus years. He has won multiple Ford Employee Excellence awards and has outstanding customer service scores. He is an auto racing enthusiast, especially the dirt tracks. If you can't find Mike on the weekend, drive to the local track, he probably will be there. His greatest accomplishments are his two wonderful children and grandson. Mike has worn many hats in the dealership: technician, wrecker operator, service advisor, warranty administrator, Service Manager, and Sales Representative!! We need to credit Mike for serving as Ed Harris' sous chef when they make up delicious meals for the coworkers.

Ed, our resident prankster, has been in the automotive industry since 1983 and working as a Business Manager for 20 years and counting. He and his wife Carol Ann have been married since 1997. They rescue stray and unwanted cats. He has a daughter, Tracy and a step-daughter, Julie and four wonderful grandchildren. Ed enjoys hunting and restoring old cars (5 to date). Not only is Ed a Pennsylvania Certified Fire Instructor, he also is an EMT and a 46 year Volunteer Fire Fighter. We know Ed can quench any fire that comes his way. Did we mention Ed often is the resident chef.....he can cook up some fine meals for the employees.

Darien joined the McCandless Ford Family in the Spring of 2020. He studied Education at YSU; worked in a tube mill as well as for UPS. Darien learned fast and is an excellent sales consultant. His hobbies include home renovation, yard work, landscaping, bike riding, kayaking, spending time with his dog, Sadie walking in the park. Some of his favorites are watching thriller movies. He enjoys podcasts and anything involving conspiracy theories---Truth seeking.

Joe joined the Sales Team in early 2025. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University. Joe has worked in several industries, including furniture, food, and automobiles, and has over 12 years of experience in the automobile sector. His interests include hiking, biking, golfing, exercising, gardening, playing card games, and grilling BBQ chicken. Joe's background equips him to assist you with your vehicle needs.

Curt, a Ford Master Certified Sales Person, joined the team this Spring. He brings over 30 years of Ford vehicle sales knowledge to our team. He has received E-2 Excellence award for 10 years as well as the Ford President's Winner Sales Staff Award. Curt has been married over 30 years to his lovely wife, Sheila. He enjoys riding his Harley Davidson in his spare time. Curt also likes to make people laugh and smile. He says that caring for others is important! He believes we have to take care of those who cannot take care of themselves. Curt is happy to help you with your new or used vehicle needs.

Logan has been a big part of the dealership since he was a small child. He would come in to hang out with his Grandpa Bill McCandless. He enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, dirt bikes and dirt track racing. Logan is a people person and enjoys helping out anyone he can.

Marcus joined our Commercial Fleet Department in April of 2021. He is a Master Certified Ford Commercial Account Manager with several years experience. Marcus; his wife Alexandra and daughter, Nova live in Sharpsville. Some of Marcus' hobbies are reading and playing his guitar. When we asked Marcus to share an interesting fact about himself........his response........'I LOVE TRUCKS!!"

Bill Park is a Ford Certified Senior Master Technician with 20+ years of experience. Bill specializes in Diesel and Truck Repairs, Bill is also a Ford Master Certified Diesel Tech

Rusty has been with McCandless Ford for over 15 years and has been a technician for over 30 years . Rusty specializes in front suspension work, wheel alignments and tire balancing.

Kate joined the team as a driver in the CX Department and was promoted to Coordinator in a very short-time. She is very motivated, customer friendly person. If you ever need your vehicle picked up and brought in for service, Kate is the one who will handle it. In her time off, she cherishes time spent with her family and her English Bulldog Nova. Kate also enjoys watching her children playing sports and she likes to bowl.

Rob has been in the automotive business over 40 years and with us at McCandless for 28 years. He holds an Associate Degree in Business from Penn State University and is also Ford Parts Master Certified and Ford Commercial Parts Master Certified. Rob enjoys traveling with his wife, Annie and visiting with their children: Kaitie, Allison, Ryan, Kylie, and Lorin. Oh and we must not forget their dogs; Louis and Peanut. Rob is happy to help meet any of your Parts needs.

Donna joined the McCandless Ford Family in June 2023. She brings 33 years of Parts experience. With her extensive background, Donna became a Master Certified Counterperson in record time. Donna resides in Hermitage with her husband Pete. She enjoys golfing in her spare time. She may seem shy, but her heart is golden. We are excited to have her as part of our team.

Jesse joined the team in 2024! He has been in the Automotive business for 6 years strong. Jesse, a soft spoken person, enjoys mountain biking, hiking, traveling, climbing, basketball, golf and especially time with his pets.

Jack is a local college student who walked in one day asking for a job. His passion is working in a dealership. He is currently working part time in our Detail Department. We are happy to have him join the McCandless team and hope he grows with the company after he graduates from college.

Kelly joined our Office Staff at the end of 2020. She brought much Office experience as well as Administrative Assistance. Kelly and her youngest son live in Greenville and her oldest son lives a hop, skip and jump away across the street. Hobbies Kelly enjoy are working in her yard; fishing; kayaking; pickleball; and walking her dog, Abby.
